Vignoble Dauny 2025 Sancerre “Terres Blanches”

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Gooseberry, citrus, subtle white grapefruit, with a hint of juniper berry, gunpowder, and jasmine. Aromas are almost delicate in their individuality, yet as a whole are full and lovely. The flavors follow seamlessly and the palate shows good concentration with medium weight. The wine is crisp but also delivers a round almost soft trailing finish. An amazing value! Pair with Chèvres, and seafood of all kinds. Organic.
