50% Carignan, 25% Zinfandel, and 25% Petite-Sirah. Blueberry, cherry, candied and dried cranberries, floral, and earthy. Sweet and sour are the yin and yang of this truly natural wine. Nothing added, nothing taken away - just organic grapes. A joyful expression of the act of barely coaxing grapes to do what they might do on their own. Noticeably, the wine has a touch of residual sugar, not completely dry. Organic.
