100% Chardonnay. Lemon peel, lees, toast, and mineral. Classic, taut, nervy, and focused Chablis. Very good vintage of ripe but balanced flavors and textures. The palate awakening acidity and the limestone minerality linger on the satisfying finish. Practicing Organic.
