Furlani 2023 Vino Rosso “Altopiano Rosso”

100% Pinot Noir. Blood orange, pomegranate, raspberry, flower petals, and hint of herbs. Very light red from Trentino that will take a chill if you are so inclined, you could treat it like a dark rosé. Tart crunchy fruits with fairly high acidity, the wine has a very long finish. A great sipping red, but pairs nicely with burgers, pork tenderloin, and vegetarian dishes. Organic.
