48% Vermentino, 27% Trebbiano, 25% Falanghina. Pear, cantaloupe, dried apricot, honeysuckle flowers, hazelnut, and a light touch of ginger root. Light-bodied, but with a pleasant textural mouthfeel. Complex and inviting, the wine changes in the glass and over an evening. Excellent pairings would include, Pad Thai, satay chicken, linguine and clam sauce, just to name a few. Grapes are sourced from organic and sustainable vineyards.
