100% Cabernet Franc. Red currants, cranberry, fresh raspberries, citrus, tomato leaf, savory, and earth. This is juicy, bright, tart, and very food friendly. 50+ year old vines growing in sandy, silty topsoil that hides a limestone bedrock. Very limited. Certified in 2007, but converted to organic organic in 2000.
