100% Syrah. Blackberries, black raspberries, black pepper, balsamic, with a hint of olive. New world Syrah that might suggest a Crozes-Hermitage with the edges smoothed. Acidity that will tantalize the palate and make pairing with foods a breeze. Quite delicious.
