100% Aligoté. Lemon zest, green apple, lemon verbena, pineapple, and wet stones. This comes from two parcels totaling a mere half hectare, one in Puligny-Montrachet (30+-year-old vines) and one in Saint-Aubin (60+ year old). The wine is raised in stainless steel, and presents a nervy, bright, and zippy style.
