Tempier 2022 Bandol Rouge “La Migoua”

50% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache, 26% Cinsault, 4% Syrah. Dark plum, macerated cherries, crushed herbs, hint of vanilla, and turned, damp earth. Ripe tannins give excellent structure and penetrating mouth-feel. This basic Bandol is classic and will age quite well for a decade or more. The highest elevation vineyard, La Migoua, produces perhaps the most elegant bottling of the estate. Organic.
